SPACE CHANGERS is a body of work that includes paintings, sculptures, drawings, collage, and assemblages that explore the intersections of color, shape, space, material, and humor. The works often invoke human figures and consider emotional atmospheres. Organized into chapters that individually meditate on topics like abstraction, monumentality, and place, these pieces represent the longest running investigation within Langlands’ artistic practice.
